Excellent customer service, I purchased some beef cheeks here and got home to discover one of them wasn't whole - it had been pre cut into chunks. I explained this to them over the phone and they were more than happy to help me, I … More went back that morning and they provided me with additional beef cheeks at no extra charge. -
